European integration has led to a growing influence of Brussels’ decisions on Member States in terms of legislative and mediatic agenda setting, including a constant dialogue for most policy making activities. Therefore, being in the so-called “Brussels bubble” is essential for structuring an effective public affairs strategy, advanced identification of regulatory risks and opportunities, and establishing and leveraging a dialogue with European decision-makers and stakeholders. 

UTOPIA opened its office in Brussels in conjunction with the last European Elections in 2019. Located in the heart of the EU district, just a few steps away from the European Parliament, our team offers continuous support to clients to help them achieve their regulatory objectives. 

The European federation did not present itself as an ideology, it did not propose to colour an existing power in this or that way. It was a sober proposal to create a European democratic power.
