UTOPIA – Legal & Corporate Affairs is the first case in Italy of a law firm born as a spin off from an institutional relations company. It is a group of lawyers and jurists that constitutes a quid pluris in the activity of legislative consultancy and that allows to support clients at 360 ° in legal, judicial and extrajudicial matters.

The team of lawyers works closely with the other UTOPIA Departments, in particular with the Institutional Relations and Legislative Monitoring departments, in order to ensure an integrated consultancy between Public, Media & Legal Affairs that makes UTOPIA unique in the national scene.

This allows customers to deal with a single interface of the highest professional level in all situations where the impact of legislation on the company’s business requires assistance from the institutional dialogue (stage) up to the pathological phase of the dispute.

UTOPIA – Legal & Corporate Affairs assists its clients starting from the identification of the critical issues and the opportunities that the legal system and the legislation offer, to represent and defend their interests to the Legislator, up to their relative protection in the appropriate offices of Justice.

UTOPIA – Legal & Corporate Affairs is able to offer primary services in all the main branches of law, both in the assistance and consultancy phase, and in the litigation phase.
