Piero is the Head of Communication & Sustainability. He boasts many years of experience in event planning agencies and nearly 15 years between Senato della Repubblica and Camera dei Deputati, where he filled the role of spokesperson and Head of the Press Office in Commissione Trasporti Poste e Telecomunicazioni. Afterwards, for more than 7 years he directed the external relations of the Gruppo Industriale Maccaferri where he managed, apart from the institutional communication, the financial, crisis and sustainability projects communication of the group’s subsidiary companies (agri-food sector, tobacco, energy, real estate, engineering: Eridania, Manifatture Sigaro Toscano, Officine Maccaferri among all). He curated the publication of several celebratory books together with publishers like Rizzoli and Skira and he is editorial director of the Il Toscano magazine. Freelance journalist, he hosted political talk shows on Sky and online. He wrote on several newspapers, both as a ghost writer and as columnist and he currently contributes to the organization of several cultural-journalistic press releases.
He founded Associazione Ego, of which he is Chairman. He has a blog on the Huffington Post. One day, he will run a marathon.
