In charge of the coordination of political intelligence activities and political/institutional framework and context analysis, he defines strategies for lobbying activities and manages governmental and parliamentary relations on behalf of his clients.
Born in Rome, he graduated in 2001 at the Convitto Nazionale Vittorio Emanuele II where he completed his secondary school focusing on humanities and classical studies.
His education continued at Luiss Guido Carli with a Master’s Degree in Political Science with honors and a specialization in Political, Economic and Institutional Communication.
Both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree were focused on the analysis of election campaigns: european elections in 2004 and general elections in 2006.
When he was 21 he started to “cut his teeth” at the Senate of the Italian Republic throughout the XIV and XV Legislature.
From the XVI Legislature on he worked as a Parliamentary Assistant mainly taking care of the activities of the XIII Commission (Territory, Environment, Environmental Heritage), the Library and Historical Archive Commission and keeping the relations with the Italian Delegation at the European Council Assembly and UEO.
While Mr. Enrico Letta was Prime Minister of the Italian Government, Patrizio has been part of the Struttura di Missione per le Riforme Costituzionali (Constitutional Reforms Mission Structure) established by the minister, Mr. Gaetano Quagliariello, managing, in particular, the Commission for Institutional Reforms and “Partecipa!”, a public consultation for constitutional reforms.
Always fond of politics he kicked off newspapers and cultural associations since his secondary school and university studies.
In 2007 he was one of the Founder of the National Association “Il Circolo del Buongoverno” and member of the Board of Directors of the Foundation called “il Buongoverno”.
He has been Founder and Organizational Manager on behalf of “Ego” organization since 2011.
On January 2014 he became Fellow member of the Competere.eu think thank.
“Unconcerned but not indifferent” is his motto. Playing tennis is his addiction.
