Graduated in International Relations at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, he attended the Master of Higher Education for International Functions at SIOI and a Specialization Course in “Communication, Lobby and Policy” at Running Academy of Rome. He worked for the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, with a specific focus on communication and drafting of papers and working documents, and he dealt with advocacy and public affairs for an NGO in Brussels and for a consulting company in Rome. In UTOPIA since September 2020, he is part of the Monitoring and Institutional Relations Office, dealing with digital innovation and TLC. He loves to travel and play football. The great passion for his hometown football team Bari even overcomes the love for Puglia’s typical food, as focaccia and panzerotti.
