He is in charge of focusing  the legal and the litigation strategies to defend and protect the client’s interests before the competent Authorities. He works in support of the Department of Institutional relations offering advices for the analysis of Italian legislation and for the drafting of laws and regulations.

Alberto joined Utopia in 2013 as chief of Legal Affairs. He was born in Rome, where he got his law degree magna cum laude at LUISS Guido Carli and his PhD at University of Roma Tre, working as author and co-author of several papers and articles.
In 2011 He has served as consultant for the proceedings of “Amministrazione Straordinaria” of the Alitalia bad companies (Alitalia Linee Aeree S.p.A.; Alitalia Servizi S.p.A.; Alitalia Airport S.p.A.; Alitalia Express. S.p.A.; Volare S.p.A.), where He was in charge of managing the revocatory actions.

He started his own law firm after several years working at Verusio & Cosmelli law offices where he focused his job on contracts, litigation, labor law, energy and international law, assisting Italian and foreign companies (such as oil, pharmaceutical, insurance and engineering companies) and foreign Governments. He actually cooperates as of counsel for both the law firm Moscati and Francario & Partners.

He is co-founder of Consules, a no-profit association focused on international youth education that works closely with the main Italian university.
He loves travelling and music, but what really relaxes him is cooking.
