Born in Sanremo, raised first in Naples and then in Rome, after an experience in China, he obtained two Master’s degrees at SIOI and a specialisation course on Public Policy as a Lawyer. Before joining UTOPIA he worked as Director of Institutional Relations in a renowned Foundation, in an international law firm, at the Chamber of Deputies and in a company operating in the field of parliamentary monitoring and institutional relations. He speaks four languages, loves travelling, football, international politics, books and vices: wine and Rome.
