He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from La Sapienza University of Rome and a Master’s degree in Philosophical Sciences from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. After gaining two years of experience at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, where he served as an expert in two different governments, he joined UTOPIA, focusing on major clients in the digital sector. To further explore topics related to market regulation and competition law, with a particular focus on digital platforms, he completed the LEARI Master’s program—Law and Economics of Antitrust, Regulation, and Industries—at LUMSA University.
