Member of Public Affairs & Lobbying Direction. He works on political strategy and analysis, treats governmental and parliamentary relations for some top clients and follows lobbying operations.

Ernesto is a Partner of UTOPIA. From Abruzzo, he was born in Teramo and graduated in Law at LUISS Guido Carli University with a specialization in Comparative Law and Administrative Procedural Law, In 2009 he achieved a II level Master degree in “Public and Parliamentary Affairs” at LUMSA University. Before starting the adventure of UTOPIA, since he was very young he has been for many years a political leader of an important Italian youth movement, covering also positions of national importance. Member of the American Study Center in Rome and Special Advisor for Corporate Relations of the “Friends of Certosa di Capri” Foundation, in 2012 he has followed the final part of the US Presidential election campaign at the Democratic Committee in Washington D.C. and the American Enterprise Institute. He participated on June 2016 to the IVLP - International Visitor Leadership Program of the US Department of State. He was the only italian member - in a group formed by representatives of most of the european countries - focusing on issues as the atlantic alliance, transatlantic relations, international trade and security. After the program he joined the AMERIGO Association. He made investments on renewable energies and green building, realizing one of the first buildings in A+ Energetic Class in Italy. Extreme sports lover, he practices surf any time in the year. He is guitarist and loves music in general. He has an obsession for America and Bruce Springsteen in such a way as to bring him to solo travel for following his hero. His #zen patience is famous in Utopia.
